This will be a high visibility and high impact role, with the opportunity to have a multimillion dollar impact alongside our demand generation team. (No biggie!)

So, who are you? You’re passionate about creating exceptional web experiences from any mock-up or idea, with meticulous attention to detail in everything you touch. You’re a self-starter born for fast-paced, independent, and ever-changing startup environments. Your creativity is balanced with exceptional time management and project management skills, effectively meeting tight deadlines and tackling anything that gets thrown your way.

What you'll own & improve:

  • Visual design implementation: Apply your magic touch in visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and layout composition to create on-brand and user-centric designs. I mean, have you SEEN our website? (Can we say, “sexy” in a job description?)
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, events, and partnerships stakeholders to translate business and marketing objectives into digital experiences that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Customization and integrations: Utilize Webflow’s capabilities to integrate custom code and third-party APIs, enhancing website functionality and ensuring cross-browser and device compatibility.
  • Continuously improve webflow instance: Be the guardian of our Webflow, keeping everything in tip-top shape and consistently improving tech debt, implementing scalable systems, and maintaining good website architecture according to best practices.

  • Startups.  Whether you come from startup or agency life, you’re entrepreneurial and can juggle multiple high-impact initiatives.
  • Webflow. You know Webflow like the back of your hand and have a proven portfolio of developed and beautifully designed websites.
  • Front-end Development. You’re technical and have a strong command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance Webflow capabilities.
  • Design principles. Picasso? Maybe not, but you have a deep understanding of design principles, including visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and layout composition.
  • Technical SEO: Knowledge of SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and rankings.
  • Communication & problem-solving ability You’ve got a knack for problem-solving and know how to communicate and collaborate along the way.
  • About the Team:

This role reports to our incredible Director of Growth, Seiji Cataldo, and will consistently collaborate with various marketing and engineering stakeholders.

    Compensation:

The base salary for this role is $70-80k, determined by relevant experience to the role, industry, and technical expertise.
