We are looking for a Content Operations Specialist to join our EU team! Our Operations Specialist will develop and execute SEO-rich marketplace specific copy to increase traffic and rank across marketplaces like Amazon/eBay. A strong understanding and passion for ecommerce.

Experience in writing product copy/descriptions.

An understanding of SEO.

How you will achieve success:

Develop and execute SEO-rich marketplace specific copy to increase traffic and rank across marketplaces including Amazon/eBay.

Drive content operations results (content built prior to arrival, content quality score, listing liveliness).

Develop, communicate, and act on content performance data to influence our content strategy across multiple channels.

Coordinate and improve the product data acquisition process, listing content validation and optimization across all tools within the listing process.

Engage with cross departmental teams to understand what’s working, what can be improved and drive improved listing error & suppression rates.
