Responsibilities:
• Ensures the deliverability of project outputs within the parameters of time, cost and quality as defined within the SoW
• Manages and maintains a plan to define the work to be done and track progress against resources, time and budget
• Establishes a cohesive team of skilled individuals with clearly defined roles & responsibilities
• Defines the ways of working to establish a cadence for delivery
• Acts as a servant leader to coach and support the team, whilst removing obstacles and blockers that impede progress
• Ensures communication flows across the team, the client, and other 3rd parties where appropriate
• Manages the relationship with the client to ensure alignment and engagement
• Keeps the team (& client) focused on delivering against the project / product vision and objectives
• Manage a portfolio of customer projects/programs, balancing customers needs and profitable outcomes



Qualifications

• 5+ years project and program level experience with Financial modeling and commercial management experience
• Fluent English is a must
• Communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills
Work scheduling, planning and defining ways of working experience
• Program/Project management (shaping, resource planning/forecasting, budgeting, status reporting, risk/ issue management, etc.)
• Portfolio management (tracking, control, and intervention)
• Senior/C Level stakeholder management & engagement
• Managing team dynamics, conflict and motivating people
