Responsibilities of the Marketing Project Manager:

Your responsibilities include:

Marketing Project Management: 

  • Internal Coordination: 
    • Understand submitted forms from the Internal Team for asset creation or revision, and set launch dates, task descriptions, and goals
    • Coordinate and manage the delivery of assets such as FB Ads, YT Ads, Google Ads, videos/images, media buying, copywriting, creatives, funnels, landing pages, etc
    • Coordinate with internal teams to set deadlines, manage tasks through ClickUp, and ensure accountability for asset creation
    • Review and QA the asset to ensure clarity and alignment with the goal
    • Manage projects and act as the intermediary between internal teams and clients
  • Client Communication
    • Communicate with clients primarily through Slack, and potentially Zoom calls
    • Detail timelines and project status to clients via Slack or Zoom calls
    • Send the asset to the client for approval or feedback
    • Request context and clarify edits from clients if needed
