As Privacy Hub Delivery Manager you will report to the Senior Delivery Manager Pod Lead and be responsible for overseeing the delivery of services and projects, ensuring high quality, on-time, and within budget, to client satisfaction. The role involves strategic planning, stakeholder management, resource allocation, and direct supervision of project execution. The Privacy Hub Delivery Manager will collaborate with relevant stakeholders to make decisions on resource allocation, project tools and methodologies, and handling of project issues within their respective delivery pod. You will also work with the teams to identify continuous improvement opportunities to enhance the productivity and efficiency of the project teams and continue to delight our customers.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and closing of projects.
- Ensure project goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, quality, and team performance.
- Identify contributors (as applicable) and maintain clear status updates, especially with large complex projects when delivery is across different pods.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as a key point of contact for all internal communications involving project activities.
- Ensure all internal stakeholders are informed of project progress and decisions on a regular basis through meetings, updates, and strategic reports.
- Will be expected to be client facing as requested by CX Lead
Resource Management:
- Allocate appropriate resources and ensure their availability.
- Manage and resolve any resource conflicts while keeping internal stakeholders informed of the change.
Risk and Issue Management:
- Identify project risks and potential issues, developing mitigation and resolution strategies.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track project performance while ensuring Monday.com and Timecamp data is accurate and reliable.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure quality assurance policies and procedures are followed.
- Oversee the quality of outputs and final products.
Reporting Requirements
- Provide daily updates to Pod leaders & weekly progress reports to CX Leads and other internal stakeholders
- Provide a monthly summary report and a comprehensive quarterly review of all projects worked by the Pod.
What you bring to the table:
- Prior experience leading the scoping and delivery of technology services engagements, including comprehensive project and engagement management.
- Proven ability to drive project-based work, managing tasks, schedules, deliverables, budgets, and project risks.
- Experience collaborating with customer success teams, product, Data scientist in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.
- Demonstrated competence in scope and expectation management with customers.
- Established ability in managing technical personnel and fostering a productive environment for the project team.
- Demonstrated flexibility and effectiveness in both leadership and team member roles in dynamic environments.
- Past experience & good knowledge of regulations and standards related to Data Privacy (eg HIPAA, GDPR, Privacy Acts) would be beneficial but not essential.
