Project Manager

3Commas was founded in 2017 to build a reliable platform that can help us stabilize our earnings in crypto while taking away some of the emotions that might result in losses. Once the power of 3Commas was realized, we opened it to the world of crypto, and the rest has been history. We have three principles. Provide a simple, intuitive interface for traders, develop sophisticated tools to simplify trading, and maintain a reliable, trustworthy, and transparent business.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of project management experience (in product dev companies).
• Experience in managing several teams/projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience managing projects through their entire life cycle.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and high resourcefulness.
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
• Ability to prepare requirements (user stories, BRDs etc)
• Proficiency in English at B2-C1 level.

Responsibilities:

• Team Planning: Creation, maintenance, and updating of team plans (roadmaps, product backlogs, sprint backlogs), involving product owners and technical leads when necessary.
• Risk Management: Identification, qualitative and quantitative analysis, response planning, and proactive risk tracking.
• Process Improvement: Organize and implement retrospectives, planning sessions, and control of process improvements.
• Team Management: Conduct team-building activities, 1:1 meetings, implement motivation theories, and resolve conflicts constructively.
• Reporting: Create team reports that include crucial metrics (time to market, cycle time, timeliness to achieve milestones, SLA etc.).
• Documentation: Describe and keep teamwork processes up to date.
• Coordination: Coordinate cross-team work and eliminate blockers.
• Issue Escalation: Proactively escalate issues if needed.
• Software Utilization: Use professional software for creating and maintaining project plans and communications, such as Jira, Miro and others.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with trading tools.
• Deep knowledge of the cryptocurrency market or stock market.
• Any PM courses and certificates.
