Job Description

K2 Partnering Solutions is actively engaged in various client development projects, as well as enhancements and integrations within our internal Salesforce platform. We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the organization, assignment, and coordination of development tasks across different teams.

Responsibilities:

  1. Set the precedent of strong leadership by assigning responsibilitiessetting deadlines and ensuring the quality of delivery to ensure successful renewal of contracts.
  2. Monitor and summarize progress of projects and prepare executive level reports for upper management and executive client teams regarding the status.
  3. Analyzes/identifies areas of risk and develops plans to minimize.
  4. Effectively facilitate meetings, demonstrate brainstorming/consensus building skills, and interact with executive level project sponsors.
  5. Plan, initiate & manage Business-to-Business (B2B) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems software projects.
  6. Coordinate IT project teams to ensure that client business requirements are effectively incorporated into design specifications, multi-platform integrations and data transfers
  7. Assess business implications for each project stage.
  8. Execute role of Agile Scrum Master and guide the software development lifecycle (SDLC) process for systems and product delivery

Reporting Structure:

This role will report directly to the Client’s Project Management Office (PMO) and K2’s Leadership.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Fluent in English is required (C1+)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business and/or Technology preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Consultant.
  • Project management certification preferred (PMP, CAPM, Certified Scrum Master).
  • Prior exposure to the Salesforce platform required; Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.
  • Expertise in project management best practices, including user stories, testing, benefits, risks, etc.
  • Experience working in Agile/Waterfall/Adaptive project methodologies.
  • Proficient in documenting, planning and managing multiple project deadlines and budgets.
  • Familiarity with Jira Portfolio or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of Resource Planning principles.

Other Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Admin tasks like reports configuration.
  • Exposure to working with end-users is advantageous.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work cohesively within a team or independently.
