  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks that may impact the project, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Team Development: Support the professional growth of team members by providing feedback, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Jira and Atlassian Tools: Set up and manage Jira boards, workflows, and integrations with other Atlassian products (e.g., Confluence, Bitbucket) to optimize Agile processes and project management.
  • Agile Advocacy: Act as a champion for Agile principles and practices within the organization, promoting their adoption and helping to drive cultural change.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role. Experience in managing multiple Scrum/Project teams is preferred.

  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Communication: Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Tools: Proficient in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent project management software.

Preferred Qualifications:
