We are looking for an experienced, multifaceted Solutions Technical Project Manager with experience in data migrations. The Solutions Technical Project Manager is responsible for proactively leading and driving data migration projects directly with our customers to ensure data integrity and quality communication and expectation setting with customers.

You’ll be working with your manager, our SVP Solutions and Support, to achieve the goals of the Solutions team!

What You'll Do:

Lead migration projects, schedule, and resources directly with customers to ensure the projects are delivered on time and on budget.
Work directly with customers and Jama Software Consulting team to kick off migration projects, establish project plan (schedule and tasks), and identify resources to perform data mapping and migration execution.
Develop broad understanding of the tooling and automation available to enable data migrations to Jama Connect and become an authority in Jama Connect data model.
Develop network of SMEs (both Jama Software and Partners) to establish the best technical solutions depending on data source.
Maintain a detailed knowledge base.
Manage partner network for referral of services or subcontracting of Jama-led migrations. Draft and manage contracts with partners to work on specific customer migrations.
Provide detailed guidance and validate subcontractor performance of migration delivery.
Deliver weekly status reports and critical metric updates of migration projects to leadership.
Scope and draft migration proposals and statement of work (SOWs) in coordination with sales team.

What You'll Bring:

3-5 years direct experience with data migrations and technical project management.
Experience managing the deployment of SaaS software solutions to end-users with a particular view towards data migration and data modeling.
Highly motivated and self-directed to own a portfolio of customer migration engagements
Excellent meeting facilitation and interpersonal skills.
Experience managing complex data migrations and directly planning migrations with customer.
Comfortable with a project management tools (SmartSheet, Jira) as well as configuring and running scripts (Python / Java).
Ability to seek out and build positive relationships with people at various levels and departments.

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of system engineering, requirements management and test management tools.
Direct experience implementing Jama Connect at their organization.
