Technical Program Manager, XR

OUR PRODUCTION TEAM
Our Production team excels at managing projects, engineers, and artists while fostering relationships across cross-functional teams and third-party partnerships. With expertise in the AR and MR landscape, we streamline production processes, develop efficient pipelines, and scale operations to deliver seamless sharing of assets across mission-critical teams. By aligning technical strategies with company initiatives, we ensure the successful execution of innovative leading-edge projects.
THE ROLE
As part of our production team, you'll report to our Head of Production as you manage multiple projects and support various groups in a collaborative environment. This is the perfect role for someone with strong experience working with cross-functional teams and overseeing the execution of various XR Programs from concept to completion.
You will utilize your cross-discipline skills across the production ecosystem alongside owning & maintaining relationships between technical partners, external developers, and digital agencies to ensure highest-quality AR/MR content is delivered within expected timelines.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage infrastructure, processes, and pipelines to support Partnership Programs, Product activations, and Engagement.
- Proactively identify and communicate project status, including risks, milestones, and priorities, to cross-functional teams.
- Oversee schedules, budgets, and end-to-end project plans to ensure on-time delivery and quality assurance.
- Support onboarding processes for Technology and Brand partners.
- Generate, refine, and manage legal documents such as: NDAs, PSAs, SOWs, Purchase Orders, and invoices.
- Develop and document CRM processes, communicate them to cross-functional teams, and integrate them with payment provider systems.
- Maintain direct relationships with creators/developers to gather feedback and improve experiences.
- Manage the team(s) work via schedules and budgets you create.
- Support the onboarding process of Technology partners.
- Facilitate collaboration between professional creators and pilot partners to build XR experiences.
- Assist in defining product strategies, roadmaps, and set long-term team goals.
- Design metrics to track impact and implement process improvements.
- Align and establish shared goals with product teams to support company global initiatives.
- Communicate planning, project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with technical program managers, product managers, and engineers to enhance execution and build solutions.
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor's degree in media production or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of practical experience in a production-management role on shipped titles or products in the digital media or XR space
- Expert knowledge of PMO practices and software
- Solid understanding and experience of varied uses of AR, VR, MR, vendor management, budgets, and R&D schedules
- Time-management capabilities with a willingness to juggle numerous projects and deadlines at once
- Solid understanding of production terminology and the production environment.
- Experience with art-production tools and pipelines
- Knowledge of CRM and Payment systems
- Keen attention to detail with strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills to work with multi-functional teams and external partners
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- The annual salary range for this position is $110,000 to $135,000 plus equity (per qualifications)
